Evansville - Mrs. Bernard Garvoille, 82, of 409 Cherry St. died Saturday in a Janesville nursing home after a long illness.
The former Emma E. Lehnherr was born July 26, 1888, in Dayton, Wisconsin, and was married January 8, 1913 in Rockford (likley Illinois). The couple lived in the Brooklyn area until moving to Evansville 25 years ago. She was a member of the United Methodist Church.
Surviving are her husband; two sons, Willard of Brooklyn and Irving of Mazomanie; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren, and a brother, G.A. Lehnherr of Belleville. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the church with burial in Belleville Cemetery. Friends may call after 6 tonight at the Roderick- Ward Funeral Home.
