Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Ann’s Catholic Church for Louis Trahan, 73, who died at 11:30 p.m. Sunday in a Lafayette nursing home. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Survivors include his widow, the former Matilde Domec of Youngsville; two sons, Nolan Trahan, of Pasadena, Tex., and John Trahan of Youngsville; three daughters, Mrs. Sophie Smith of Lafayette, Mrs. Velma David of Youngsville, and Mrs. Rosemary Ruffin of Moran City; and six grandchildren. A rosary will be recited tonight at the funeral home. The David Funeral Home of Youngsville is in charge of arrangements.
