James "Bradley" Jones, 76 of Austin passed away Tuesday April 1, 2014. He was born in Brownwood, TX on Dec 25, 1937 to the late James Benton Jones and Mary Caroliss Bradley. Bradley had a well lived life doing things that most people dream of. He was adored by his wonderful wife of 56 years, Andrea "Andy" Galarza Jones. As an independent and highly successful contractor, Bradley had a large role in building the infrastructure of present day Austin. He also spent many years as a rancher raising Red Brangus cattle in Gonzales, TX. His hobbies included flying his private plane to numerous destinations, attending UT sporting events as an avid Longhorns fan and spending time with his beloved Tibetan Spaniels, Cody and Misty.

Bradley is survived by his wife, Andrea "Andy" Galarza Jones; brother, William "Billy" Jones and wife Lavida of Georgia; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Mary Jane and Paul DeBarro of Austin; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Honoring Bradley and serving as pallbearers will be John Dodson, Ronnie Dorsett, Frank Hemphill, Eddy Ermis, Al Herrera, and William "Billy" Jones. Honorary pallbearers, Robert Cervantes, Robbin Hunt, Robert Galarza, Paul DeBarro, Scott R. Covington.

Funeral Service 10:00 am Saturday April 5, 2014 Weed-Corley-Fish 2620 South Congress Ave. A private graveside burial for immediate family only.
