Mr. Lombard was born May 19, 1915, in Yakima, the son of Mr. and Mrs. H. H. Lombard. He attended Yakima schools, graduating from Yakima High School.
He graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis and served in the Pacific during World War II. He retired as lieutenant commander after 20 years Navy service. He had since been an electrical engineer for the space program and a real estate salesman.
Survivors include his wife, Rande Lombard, of Satellite Beach; two sisters, Mrs. Eunice Whitman, Sacramento, Calif., and Mrs. Janet Prisadsky, of Seattle and two brothers, Creed Lombard, Bainbridge Island, Wash. and Porter Lombard, Yakima.
