Ray "Butch" Faw Jr., 61, of Dalton, passed away Saturday, March 24, 2012, at his residence.
He is preceded in death by a son, Jared Faw; and his parents, Cecil and Helen Faw.
He was a member of Eastside Baptist Church.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Heath and Carmen Faw of Cleveland; sisters and brother-in-law, Dianne Brown of Dalton, and Carol and Johnny Beason of Chatsworth; the mother of his children, Judy Faw of Dalton; and aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
A funeral service to honor the life of Ray "Butch" Faw will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with the Rev. Johnny Beason and the Rev. Lamar Beason officiating. Burial will be in Holly Creek Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from noon until the service hour at 2 p.m.
