Maurice Alton Warner, age 85, of Blissfield, died Monday, May 19, 2008, at his daughter's home. He was born September 8, 1922, in Palmyra to James Guy and Bessie Leota (Pratt) Warner. On April 25, 1942, he married Mildred Belle Reed in Blissfield, and she survives. Maurice was a member of the Maple Avenue Bible Church. He retired from King Tool and Die Company in 1988. In addition to his wife, Mildred, he is survived by three sons, Robert Warner and his wife, Carole, of Jasper, James Warner and his wife, Janet, of Blissfield, and Wayne Warner and his wife, Marilyn, of Hamilton, Alabama; two daughters, Barbara Heineman and her husband, Wayne, of Blissfield and Christine Hale and her husband, Charles of Wilmington, Ohio; 14 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Charles Warner and Don Warner; and sister, Vivian Norton.
