Hyrum Hendrickson Brady, 72, a farmer, died at his home in Union Monday at 10 a. m. of causes Incident to age.
Born in Union, January 23, 1863, a son of Marlon H. and Lucy Richards Brady, he had resided there all his life. He married Delia A. Cunningham December 23, 1885, in Union, and in 1888 traveled to Manti, where they were endowed in the L. D. S. temple.
Mr. Brady was the father of 12 children, nine of whom survive, Hyrum A., Laurence H., Gerald W., Clarence J., Walter L. and Elmo C. Brady, Mrs. Alice Gould, Mrs. Elva Wheeler, all of Union, and Raynold H. Brady of West Jordan. Also surviving are seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, two brothers, Warren P. and Lindsay A. Brady, and five sisters, Mrs. Libby Thompson, Mrs. Martha Milne, Mrs. Nettie Ray, Mrs. Nancy Milne and Mrs. Alky Casper.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 1 p. m. at the Union L. D. S. ward chapel, with Bishop Horace T. Godfrey officiating, funeral will follow in the Murray
City cemetery.
Friends may call at the George A. Jenkins mortuary in Murray Friday and Saturday and at the home Sunday from 10 a. m. until time of services.
