Thelma Elaine Ausmus was the daughter of Emil and Bertha (Trumpy) Fritsch. Thelma married Arley Ausmus on March 25, 1945 at the East Clarno Zion United Methodist Church where she was a life-long member, taught Sunday School, served on Committess, and was active in the United Methodist Women. Thelma and Arly farmed in Clarno Township and were married for 51 years before his death on March 27, 1998. She died at Monroe Manor Nursing Home. Interment in the East Clarno Church Cemetery.
