George S. Chinn, 31 year old public utility employee, living near Iowa City, Iowa, died Sunday afternoon in a hospital at that place after an illness of three months. His death was caused by complications of diseases. He was born west of Shelbyville, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Chinn. He was married to Miss Frances Garlow of Clarence about ten years ago, and following his marriage went to Iowa to work. Besides his wife and parents, he is survived by two small children, Annette and Oral Lee, three sisters, Mrs. Bertha Simpson of Willard, Kans., Mrs. Pete Robinson of west of Shelbyville and Miss Jennie Chinn at home and three brothers, Roy, Will and Wilbur Chinn, all at home.

The remains were brought to Shelbyville Monday evening. Funeral services were held this morning at the Christian church, conducted by Rev. F. M. Branic, of Shelbyville. Burial was in the Shelbyville cemetery.
