Sister Mary Thaddeus dedicated her life to the Catholic Church as a Ursuline Nun.

Her parents were Bridget (née Connolly) and Patrick O'Sullivan. Her brothers were Leo and Daniel J. O'Sullivan. Her sisters were Teresa 'Tess' Dybdal, Rose 'Roro' Fowler, Agnes Bridgette Alladio, and Patricia Bunnell.

In our family which came from Eire the firstborn of every generation was dedicated to the Catholic Church. It was a high honor to be so connected to the Church. My father John J. Alladio also was placed in Seminary as an adolescent but did not follow through with his final vows. Sister Mary was loved by everyone, she served God until the end of her life and we are very proud of her dedication and her community work. She also traveled back to the homeland in Ireland in the 1960s.
