Adolph was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Hendersonville, N.C.
Adolph was a gifted wood carver with many treasures he made by hand. Adolph and his beloved wife, Esther enjoyed traveling for many years, before making their home in the mountains of Hendersonville where they lived for 33 years.
Survivors include his wife of 71 years, Esther Benson Klug of Bloomington, IN; son, Howard (Linda) Klug of Bloomington, IN; one grandson, Robert Klug of Munich, Germany; and one brother Armin Klug of St.Charles, IL. He was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
