Gary Mitchell Clark, 58, passed away Friday, March 28, 2014, in New Castle. He was a resident of New Castle.

Gary was born Feb. 10, 1956, to James O. and Thelma J. (Hawkins) Clark in New Castle.

Gary was an entrepreneur, owning his own business for 25 years.

He formerly was a member of the Masonic Lodge No. 746 in Whiteland.

Gary enjoyed fishing and woodworking. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. Gary was a giving, caring person who would help anyone in any way he could.

He is survived by three children, Matthew Addam Clark of New Castle, Jennifer (Zachary) Clark-Beason of Indianapolis and Nathanael Andrew (Brittany) Clark of Portland, Ore.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father; stepmother, Marilyn Clark; wife, Cheryl (Linville) Clark; brother, Tony Clark; and two infant sisters.

A celebration of life service will be conducted at 5 p.m. Saturday at Jessen Funeral Home, Whiteland Chapel, 729 U.S. 31 North. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. until time of service Saturday at the funeral home.
