Mr. Medford G. Bastin, 92, son of the late Mr. Joseph and Sarah Bastin, was born 28 Aug 1875 at CrailHope in Green Co. and died at 6:10 p.m. Wed. 12 June 1968 at the Caverna Hospital. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Minnie Lee Bastin, 1 son Henry Dale Bastin, Horse Cave. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 10 am.m Sat. 15 June 1968 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial in the Family Cemetery, Rev Claud McCubbin officiated. Pallbearers were Benny Fancher, Roger Fancher, Rex Rancher, Noel Fancher, Maxi Bastin and Donnie Bastin.
