Micajah Jr, son of Micajah Sr and Francis "Fannie" Bowen.
Micajah Jr. was born in Albmarle Co., Va. Moved to or visited other Bowens in Livingston Co., Ky where he met and married Rachel MCCaslin in 1805. Her parents gave consent since they were underage. His Uncle William Bowen lived in Kentucky. All four children born in Ky. After 1820 they moved to Ill. They can be found in the 1830 census Bond Co. Ill
They had four children::
1. William Henry Bowen 1806 m Anne Kesner (my line)
had four children.
2. John Bowen 1808 m. Rebecca Coles, 1827 Madison Co., Ill..They had 10 children together, wife buried in Ill, John, lived with his son and is buried in Chariton, Mo.
3. Elizabeth 1815 m. William Coles in 1840 census listed with two girls. she may have died and Wm remarried.
4. Thomas Gray 1818 m. Lucretia Scott lived in Macon Co., Ill
