Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday in the Silverlake Cemetery under the direction of the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory. Memorial services will be held at 7:00 PM Friday in the Revival Time Outreach Center in Bartlesville.
William Walter Baughman was born February 5, 1938 at Claremore, Oklahoma to Walter James and Imogene (Hall) Baughman. He was raised and received his education in Bartlesville, Oklahoma attending Limestone School. Mr. Baughman was employed as a carpenter building homes and condos. He also operated a produce and firewood business in Bartlesville and worked for the City of Bartlesville. Mr. Baughman was a member of the Revival Time Outreach Center.
