Funeral services for Ray D. Bartley, 80, will be 12 noon Saturday, March 29, 2014 at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel. Interment will be at 1:30 p.m. in Memorial Gardens North in Blanchard, LA. Officiating will be Rev. Delbert Terry and Rev. Leslie Bartley. Visitation with the family will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday, March 28, 2014 at the funeral home. Ray was born on January 10, 1934 in Ringgold, LA and passed away on March 24, 2014 in Bossier City, LA. He was a construction inspector for the City of Shreveport and served our country in the Navy. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Minnie Bartley; sons, Mike Bartley and Frank Allen. Left to cherish his memories is wife, Betty Bartley; sons, David (Charolette), Mark (Rebecca), and Timbo (Patricia) Bartley; daughters, Donna Allen, Annette Bryant (Mike), and Tammy Tarver; 11 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; siblings, J. L. Bartley and Johnny (Pat) Bartley. Pallbearers will be David Bartley, Mark Bartley, Timbo Bartley, Wayne Watson, Brandon Bartley, and Caden Cooke. Honorary pallbearer is Jonathon Bartley
