Ralph William Buerke was born on October 22, 1955 in California to Charles Allen Cannon and Carol Ann Buerke on the 22nd of October 1955 (later divorced). Ralph Buerke was always appreciative of his beloved Mother Carol Ann and step-father George R. James Jr. George accepted him as a son and was a great example to him. He served four years in the Navy. Ralph was married to the love of his life, Kate. Ralph William Buerke and a friend, died from gun shot wounds by a man needlessly on December 6, 1980 in Buena Park,Orange County, California. Ralph loved life, accepted others and was a joy to be around. Ralph always made life fun, special, and had a great sense of humor. His loss touched many lives. Ralph will be forever remembered for his kindness as husband, son, stepson, brother,citizen and veteran. Ralph's ashes were placed in an undisclosed place by his loving Family members.
