Calvin was the son of Charles Wallingford 1867-1914 and Carrie B Randall 1873-1942. His parents are both buried in Alton, NH. Calvin Wallingford was married twice. His 1st wife was Ethel Ada Gray 1886-1917 and she is buried in Maine with her 2nd husband. They married 28 Apr 1907 in Farmington, NH. Ethel is the mother of Calvin's first son Robert Andrew Wallingford. Calvin and Ethel divorced 25 Oct 1912 in NH. Calvin was married again c 1930 to Adeline Hand 1911-1982. His remaining children was with his 2nd wife.

retired farmer

Calvin A. Wallingford, 84, for 30 years a farmer of Pompey Hollow road, Cazenovia RD 2, died yesterday at Syracuse Memorial Hospital.

He was a native of Alton, N.H.

Surviving are his widow, Adeline Wallingford; five sons, Robert of Kirkville, Francis, in Japan, Lawrence and Charles, both of Cazenovia, and Albert Wallingford of New Woodstock; two daughters, Mrs. Marilyn Marris of Cazenovia, and Mrs. Carol Melton of Fayetteville; two sisters, Mrs. Bessie Stevens of Bradenton, Fla. and Mrs. Jennie Richardson of Gofftown, N.H.; a brother, Albert Wallingford of Monticello; 17 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the R. H. Kohler Funeral Home in Cazenovia. Burial will be in White Chapel Memory Gardens, DeWitt.

Calling hours are 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the funeral home.
