Irene AnDyke, a Redmond resident, died March 10, 2014 at the age of 94.
Irene was born September 5, 1919 in Wheaton, South Dakota to George and Ethel (Nafe) Rice. On March 7, 1941 in Seattle, WA, she married Floyd F. AnDyke. They moved to Sisters in 1982. Floyd died in 1990 and Irene later moved to Redmond. Floyd and Irene enjoyed fishing greatly; the salmon will be getting a reprieve this year.
Irene is survived by two sons, Glen and Ralph AnDyke; 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Floyd and their son Richard.
