IRVIN E. BOUNDS Irvin E. Bounds was born February 6, 1916 in Lumberton, Mississippi, the seventh of nine children born to Hattie Fullen and Larkin Bounds. He died February 17, 2013 at the age of 97. He is survived by his wife, Taufaitoa Ama, whom he married on November 5, 1977 in Oceanside, California. He was a WWII and Korean war veteran with numerous decorations for valor throughout his twenty six year career in the United States Marine Corps. A loving father and devoted husband he will be greatly missed.
