The funeral of Lorenzo N. Fletcher, whose re-cent death has been noted, took place from his home at the corner of Oak hill and Groton road. Rev. H. S. Pinkham, of the First Baptist church of Lowell, conducted the services. Floral contributions by friends and relatives were in sympathetic taste. Mrs. F. L. Roberts, of Lowell, sang tenderly "When the mists have rolled away," "Beautiful isle of somewhere" and "The christian's good night." The bearers were relatives, Hon. Herbert E. Fletcher, Henry Fletcher, Judson and Warren Sweetser. Burial was in Fairview cemetery beside kindred dust of several generations.
