Mass Services was held at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, March 4th in the St. Patrick's Catholic Church with Father Art Faesser officiated. Burial is in the Chappell Cemetery. There was no wake service.
Memorial contributions were made in Tiff's name to the Office of Human Development.
Tiffanie L. Foland, the daughter of Joan Bell and Dale Foland, was born on July 10, 1986 at Sidney.
Tiff was a true fighter, overcoming many bstacles in her life. She was a joy to be around with her outgoing personality and always had a smile for anyone she met. Tiff was a devoted employee at the OHD workshop and waited with anticipation for her ride to work. She enjoyed puzzles, her babies, stuffed kittens and loved being outdoors, riding her bikes and giving hugs.
Survivors include her siblings: Susan Elsen and husband Robert of Sidney, Larry Niemann of Phoenix, AZ, Alan Niemann and wife Vicki of Omaha, NE, and Michael Bell and wife Carolyn of Ogallala, NE; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members and friends.
Tiff was preceded in death by her mother: Joan and grandparents: August and Ann Borm.
