Luther C. Hull, prominent farmer, died at his home near Hightown, Friday morning, after an illness of sometime. He was born April 19, 1872, the son of the late Joseph and Amanda J. Hull. Surviving Mr. Hull are his wife, Ardie Rexrode Hull, to whom he was married in 1895; three sons, Max Fred, and Clyde; and a daughter, the wife of Dr. B. T. Swecker of Crabbottom. To Joseph and Amanda J. Hull ware born ten children: Ernest V. and Kenton J. died some years ago. The six living brothers of Luther G. Hull are Edward R. Hull of Augusta Springs; William F. Hull of Lone Fountain; James W. Hull of Hightown, Dr. Geo. F. Hull of Durbin, W. Va.; Arlie P. Hull and Thomas R. Hull of Hightown. The sister, Mrs. George H. Brock, who lives near Hightown. Interment took place at the Hull cemetery at two o’clock Saturday, Rev. A. E. Johnson conducting the services. Luther C. Hull came from a family of pioneers in Highland county. Peter Hole (Hull), an ancestor, was one of the first settlers in this section of the county now known as Crabbottom
