Rita Carmen Warehime, departed this life December 10 in Mt. Airy.

Born in New Orleans and raised in Napoleonville, LA, she was the daughter of the late Yves and Victoria Oncale LeBlanc.

Mrs. Warehime was a homemaker, had worked at Carroll County General Hospital in the laundry department, and was a senior aide for Homecall.

She was the former wife of John R. Warehime, Jr., who departed this life in 2002, and surviving is a son, John R. Warehime, III of Westminster, MD; a daughter, Janice M. Alegria of Demopolis, AL; grandchildren, Stephanie Alegria, Teri W. Johnson, and Jason S. Warehime; great-grandchildren, Alex C. and Zachary M. Johnson; step-great-grandchild, Chelsea C. Rodey; and numerous nieces, nephews, half brothers, and half sisters in Louisiana.
