Otis was born in the Panther's Creek District of Coweta County (near Sargent) to William D. and Lizzie Stewart. He was a plumber by trade and was married to Hilda Mae Carter. He is buried in the Carter Plot at the left aft corner, as viewed from Hollywood Road, but has no marker that I could find.
