MRS. BETTY ROGERS BOUTWELL, age 76, of Eastman, GA, died Saturday, March 22, 2014, at her residence.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00PM Sunday, March 23, at Bethlehem Baptist Church, with Dr. Donnie Sutton and Rev. Mike Grenade officiating, with interment in Bethlehem Cemetery.
Mrs. Boutwell was a native of Dodge County, member of Bethlehem Baptist Church, and member of the Ladies Sunday School class and W.M.U. She was a retired sales clerk of B.C. Moore's & Son and loved cooking, sewing, and her family. She was the daughter of the late Bessie Mae Bacon Rogers and James Luther Rogers, Sr. She was preceded in death by 2 Sons – Charles David Boutwell & Bobby Ray Boutwell; Brother – James L. Rogers, Jr.; Sister – Joyce Rogers.
The family will receive friends in Southerland Funeral Chapel from 6:00PM-8:00PM Saturday, March 22. In addition to flowers the family requests donations be made to Bethlehem Baptist Church or The Gideons International.
