David Alan LaBounty, 64, of Batesville died Thursday, Dec. 5, 2013, in Batesville.
Born March 29, 1949, he was the son of Eldon and Helen Perdue LaBounty. He was an electrician and was a member of the Christian Church in Hoopeston, Ill. He enjoyed his animals, trap shooting and creating things.
Survivors include his wife, Lucinda LaBounty; two sons, Eric LaBounty of Gardner, Kan., and Brian LaBounty of LeRoy, Ill.; a daughter, Brandy Trueblood of Washington, Ind.; 21 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Roger LaBounty and Danny LaBounty.
