According to the 1900 census, Hiram's birth was given as July 1875. When Hiram gave information for the WWI Draft Registration, he gave his birth as July 1st, 1874 which agrees with my records from the family Bible.
After living in Steam Mill Hollow near Silvara, Hiram and Lucy moved to the Wyoming Valley. Services were at the Silvara Methodist Church. The family is currently being researched.
There is no gravestone for Hiram; however, when accompanying my father to place flowers on the graves of family members, we visited this plot many times, Dad pointing out the burial plot.
