Funeral services for Elizabeth Ann Bacon, of Corrigan, Texas was held at 10 a.m. Thursday, March 20, 2014 in the Corrigan Funeral Home Chapel in Corrigan, Texas with Chris Eppler and Robert Raif, officiating. Burial to follow in the Stryker Cemetery, Corrigan, Texas.

Elizabeth Bacon was born October 10, 1940 in Barnes, Texas and passed away Monday, March 17, 2014 at LTC Partners in Corrigan, Texas.

After a long struggle with her health, Elizabeth left her frail earthly body surrounded by her loving family, to be made whole again in her eternal home.

She was a loving wife, mother, Nanny and sister. All problems could be solved by cleanin and cooking. She loved working in her yard, cooking and baking. She was always willing to help others.Elizabeth loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren dearly.

Remaining to cherish her memory is her husband of 55 years, Guy; Sons and daughters in law Randy and Linda of Conroe, Texas, and Dennis and Connie of Corrigan, Texas; Daughter and son in law Ann and Tony Ferguson of Moscow, Texas; 15 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren; Sisters and brothers in law Ettie Marie Grillot; Betty and Jim McDonald, Janette and Teddy Stephenson, and Mary and Louis Deville.

She is preceded in death by her parents Ila and Alfred Martin, and brothers Merrill, Milton, Charles and Wayne. A very heartfelt thank you goes to special care givers Nina, Lana and Sharon.
