Margaret Lee Phillips-Seay, 80, of Richmond, died Saturday, March 12, 2005. She was born in Basset to Irene Clemetine Hawks and James Paul Phillips. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Mae Seay; a son, Toney Elwood Seay; and a baby sister, Nancy Lee Phillips. Surviving are two daughters, Patricia Ann Jordon of Richmond and Donna Ruth Seay-Cottrell of Amelia; a sister, Edna Mae Phillips-Williamson of De Witt; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; and nephews and cousins.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Bliley Funeral Home's Chippenham Chapel, 6900 Hull Street Road, Richmond. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
