Frank Brunnette, 59, of Des Moines, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center, from complications of Leukemia. He was born on October 13, 1954 in St. Paul, MN to Steve and Harriet Brunnette. He earned a BA from Bethel College, and retired in December after 34 years in the Telecom industry.
Frank was a man known for his generous spirit, love of family, and delightful sense of humor. He enjoyed trips to Northern Minnesota, playing his banjo and riding motorcycles. He also enjoyed movies at the Varsity Theatre and had passion for books.
Frank is survived by his wife and best friend, Doris; his two daughters, Lacy and Elice; his brother, Charles; his mother, Harriet; his granddaughter, Gemma; as well as his many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
