Cline Stokely, age 81, of Del Rio, passed away, Saturday, March 15, 2014 at Ft. Sanders Regional Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Anderson and Carrie Stokely; brothers, Richard and David Stokely; and sisters, Ailene Tucker and Hattie Sutton.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Lucille Stokely; son and daughter-in-law, Zimri and Pam Stokely; daughter and son–in-law, Brenda and Kenneth Hall; daughter, Lisa Stokely; sister, Minnie Hartsell; grandchildren, Kenneth Hall, Jr., Angie Hall, Crystal Hall, April Stokely and Brook Stokely; nine great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his special friends, Todd Reece and Gene Grigsby; several nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

Funeral services will be held 7:00 pm Monday, March 17, 2014, in Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Bill Murr officiating. Burial will be held at 12:00 noon Tuesday, March 18, 2014 in Clark Cemetery (Deep Gap).The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm Monday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral service.
