1 Sep 1934: Mrs. Harriet McKinne, of Lawn, died at her home Friday, August 31, at 6 p.m., of an illness of complications. She was aged 82 years. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, William McKinne, of Hershey; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. One sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Lehman, of Myerstown, and a brother, John Reed, of Lawn, also survive. [Lebanon Daily News]
