Mrs. Gayl A. White (nee Gladys Elsie Andrews) passed away March 3, 2014 in Needham, Massachusetts, where she had moved to be near her children. Mrs. White was born September 12, 1926 in Pleasant Grove and graduated from Pensacola High School in 1944. On a scholarship she attended East Texas Baptist College in Marshall, Texas, where she met her future husband Frank O. White. While raising a family she completed a Master's degree in Speech at the University of Houston.
