Ellen was the daughter of Charles Henry and Claudia Graham.She was married to Leon Millican and after his death she married Frank Williams. She was one of the most elegant southern ladies I have ever known.

ROCK SPRING - Ellen Graham Millican Williams, 86, died Saturday, Dec. 3, 2005, in a local hospital.
She was a lifelong resident of North Georgia and was a member of McDonald Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her first husband, Leon Millican; second husband, Frank Williams; parents, Charles H. and Claudia McDaniel Graham; and brothers, Thed and Howard Graham. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with Elder Don Gettys officiating.
Interment will be in Rock Spring Cemetery.
