Trecarten, 31, born March 1869 in Canada, parents born Canada, was living on Blaine Street in Fort Fairfield, Maine, with Annie L., 28, born October 1872 in Canada, parents born Canada; William D., 8, born May, 1892; Annie E., 6, born December 1893; Ethel, 4, born December, 1895;Violet G., 2, born March 1898; and Alice, three months, born March, 1900, all born in Canada.

The couple had been married for 10 years, and five of Annie's six children were still living.

Alice was the daughter of Willard Trecartin and Annie Roy.
