Amy Evangeline Allman was born August 11, 1920 in Idaho, to Ernest Rudd Sr. and Lola K Allman. She is listed in the 1940 census in Mountain Home along with Katherine and Arthur G Allman. She is also listed as a boarder in Salt Lake City in 1940. Ernest's card for the WWII draft lists him in Glenns Ferry and as an Episcopal Minister.

The family was in Twin Falls for the 1930 census. In the 1920 census, Ernest was listed as (born 1880 in England, and living in Belleville, Illinois. Before Amy was born, her father and mother were living in Abilene, Texas for the 1910 census. Her mother, Lola K listed her birthplace as Kansas.

Amy met, then married Charles Arthur Rogge (from Weiser Idaho) on Aug 24 1956 in Ada County, Idaho. They raised one daughter who survived her parents. Amy and Chuck were married 40 years. (See obituary on Charles' memorial.)

Amy died in January of 1995 in Boise and is interred in the St. Michael's Gardens.
