Robert J. Doerfler went to be in with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at the age of 93. He was preceded in death by his parents Frank S. and Clara Doerfler; beloved wife of over 50 years Eva Doerfler, three brothers and two sisters. Robert is survived by his son Harley Doerfler; daughters, Pat Carter, Yolanda Kramer, and his devoted daughter Yvonne Doerfler whom never left his side; many grandchildren, including Robert Sanchez and many great grandchildren. The family would like to thank Robert's best friend and care giver Margaret Vieyra for her love and devotion. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made in Robert's memory to the St. Joseph's Children's Home 919 Mission Rd. San Antonio, 78210 (210) 533-1203

A Mass of the resurrection will be celebrated at St. Mathew Catholic Church 10703 Wurzbach Rd. San Antonio, TX. On Friday, May 17. 2013 at 10:30 AM.
