Ernestine V. Neal Mullens, 94, Bidwell, Ohio passed away Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at Holzer Medical Center. She was born September 8, 1918 in Milton, West Virginia, daughter of the late William A. Lunsford and Emma Conner Lunsford.

Ernestine is survived by two sons: Dick (Carol) Neal, Vinton, Ohio and Dale (Carolyn) Neal, Wellston, Ohio; one daughter, Carolyn (Richard) Klinger, Batavia, Ohio; grandchildren: Kimberly (Bill) Conner, Jamaica, Iowa; Kay (Jim) Davis, Gallipolis, Ohio; Rodney Neal, Dayton, Ohio; Robin (Donald) Wilson, Kirkersville, Ohio; David (Michelle) Klinger, Marietta, Georgia and Susan (Michael) Goldberg, Cincinnati, Ohio; nine great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; and one brother, Merrill Lunsford, Milton, West Virginia.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by five brothers and five sisters.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Saturday, August 17, 2013 at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton, Ohio with Pastor Heath Jenkins officiating. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Rio Grande, Ohio.
