She was born July 14, 1925 in Wyoming, Ill., the daughter of Jefferson and Elizabeth Ducksorth Strickler.
Surviving are her husband, Lester, whom she married Aug. 30, 1939 and Kaohka, Mo.; one son and daughter- in-law, Richard and Kathy Woodworth of Danforth; one daughter and son-in-law, Carrolyn and Tom Staples of Danforth; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Deceased are two half-sisters.
She was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church, Kankakee.
Mrs. Woodworth was employed at Food Festival.
She was a member of the Marycrest Junior Bowling League and a volunteer at the Pony League Concession Stand.
She enjoyed her flowers, travel and country music.
