DEATH OF H.F. MILLER
--------
A respected resident of Jones Valley, Mr. H.F. Miller, died on November 7th, after a short illness. He was one of our most successful farmers and had farmed in the Valley since coming to Alberta from Iowa in 1910. The funeral was held on November 9th, and was attended by a very large number of friends of the bereaved family. The pall bearers were: Grant Thompson, J.M. Sawyer, Donald McLean, David Armstrong, M. Armstrong and Lee Maddox. The sympathy of the entire community is extended to the bereaved wife and family. He leaves to mourn the loss of a kind husband and father, his wife, and two daughters, Mrs. Nye and Mrs. Chamberlain, of Detroit, and two sons in Alberta.

Mrs. Miller and family wish to thank the kind friends who extended their sympathy and help during the illness and since the death of Mr. Miller, and to especially thank those who sent floral tokens of grief.
