grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Funeral
services Wed. 1:30 p.m. at the Schramka Funeral Home, 7841 W. Appleton Ave.
Interment Holy Cross. In state Tues. 4-9 p.m.
Mr. Welch was a former Milwaukee Road employee.
