Burial will follow in the Chappell Cemetery. Tiffanie L. Foland, the daughter of Joan Bell and Dale Foland, was born on July 10, 1986 at Sidney. Tiff was a true fighter, overcoming many obstacles in her life and was a joy to be around with her outgoing personality and always had a smile for anyone she met. Tiff was a devoted employee at the OHD workshop and waited with anticipation for her ride to work. She enjoyed puzzles, her babies, stuffed kittens and loved being outdoors, riding her bikes and giving hugs. Tiff was preceded in death by her mother: Joan and grandparents: August and Ann Borm.
