Sarah married George Bussard on 11 March 1874 in Fillmore county, NE. They farmed in Fillmore county and then in the early 1880's moved to Jefferson county, Nebraska.
In the 1890's they moved to College Springs, Page county, Iowa.
George and Sarah had 5 children: Nora, Elsie E., David Oliver, Etta and one that died before 1900.
