"BOWLING GREEN, Ind., Oct. 29--
After a month's illness of heart trouble and other ailments. Mrs. Josephine Baker, aged 74 years, died at her home here at 2 o'clock a.m. yesterday. She was the widow of George Baker, who died here about fifteen years ago. Her husband was a miller by trade, having had charge of the flour mills at Cataract, Neals mills (sic) and other places before retiring and locating here eighteen years ago. The decedent conducted a millinery store. She is survived by three sons, Gus Baker, of Farmer City, Ill.; Ferd and Charles Baker of Indianapolis; and one daughter Miss Fannie Baker, who made her home here with her mother. The burial will take place in the Bowling Green Cemetery tomorrow."
Another daughter, Eveline, preceded her in death.
