In 1966, he and Rose moved to the Seattle-Burien area, where he enjoyed 38 years of service with Seattle City Light. He took pleasure in fishing, boating, woodworking, camping, gardening and tinkering with old machines. An avid reader, he liked to read history and was enjoying the pursuit of genealogy. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Rose; children, Becky Moore, Bobbie Clark and Rodney Clark, all of Seattle; two grandchildren, Melissa and Holly Moore; mother, Flora of Hardin; and many friends and extended family.
