Dr. Guy Davis, Sr., a U.S. Army veteran who opened his dental office in Villa Rica in July 1961 and continued his practice in the area until his retirement, passed away at his daughter's residence on Sunday, July 30, 2000, following an extended illness.
He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer.
He was preceded in death by his two sons.
Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, August 1, 2000, 2 p.m., at First United Methodist Church, 206 North Avenue, Villa Rica.
Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
