William Nash Beverley, 61, of "Blandfield" Caret was killed Sunday in an automobile accident.
At the time of his death he was chairman of the Essex County Draft board, a director of the Bank of Essex and junior warden of Vauters Episcopal Church.
He was the son of the late Richard Carter Beverley and Ellen Cary Nash Beverley.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Anne George Beverley of "Blandfield" two sons, William Bradshaw Beverley of Deltaville and John George Beverley of Richmond.
A funeral service was held Tuesday at "Blandfield," with burial in Vauters Episcopal Church Cemetery.
