A. C. "Carl" Beech was the son of Admer Dewey and Lettie Mae (Roberson) Beech. He was a native of Saint Stephens, Alabama. He was a retired chief of the US Navy serving in Korea and Vietnam. He worked road construction with Pete Smith Construction and Mid South Construction in Arkansas. He was a member of the VFW Post #4075, Military Order of Purple Heart Chapter 622, Benton Lodge #34, F&AM, Fleet Reserve of Little Rock, and First Baptist Church, Benton, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife, Larcena Beech. He died on November 7, 2014. He was 82 years old. He is survived by several nieces and nephews and his beloved dogs Sassy and GiGi. Burial at Sunset Memorial Gardens with military honors performed by VFW Post 4075.
