Brother of Hubert (1900), Annie (1904), Bayless (1906), Rosa (1908), Melia (1910), Maxey (1913), Evaline (1915), Cass (his twin 1918), Joe Frank (1921), Billy (1923) and Earl 1925). He and his brother Billy operated the CeeBee grocery store in Celina for a number of years. Karl played center field for the Celina Merchants baseball team and perfected the lost ball trick.Husband of Reba Napier (1920- ).
